I don't know if you 100% prefer and need the original pads, but TH900 pads can fit the SR-5 and retain a similar shape and depth to the original leather pads. Shure 1540 pads should fit as well. If your pads are actually damaged or unusable, trying out one of these may satiate you in the meantime, GLWP.
