Selling an amazing mid-level Stax headphone and amplifier combo!

The Stax SR-202 headphones are fast and detailed, with a great sound. I bought this a few years ago from a Canadian dealer. They were a well maintained demo pair, and the dealer installed new pads before shipping them to me. I have the original box.

You may notice that the drivers are slightly off-centre in the earspeaker housings - this is very common for these older Lambdas and does not affect the sound, since the entire driver emits sound evenly.

The SRM-1/Mk2 amplifier is a great pairing with the SR-202. Plenty of volume headroom to listen LOUD with no distortion. The amp does have some physical damage on one side of the case (see photos), but the electronics are working perfectly and the amp sounds great. This is a 100 V amp and I will include a 120 V to 100 V transformer so you can listen right away.
