The dust filter of left side driver was broken during shipping, the driver itself is good. Right side is good.
You can try to repair it with some foam or just use right side driver.

I would like to add more details, please see the photos above. I cleaned up all flaked foam as well as the ugly black old glue.
I use strong 3m double side type on right side currently. For left side, I removed the dust filter foam parts and wrapped the driver.
