I would call these excellent condition, but there are a couple of minor flaws.
There is a scuff mark of some kind on left ear cup, but it takes some time for me to find it.
You can see in photo that the sides of the amp has some scuff marks. They do not look as bad as they show up in the photos! Never notice them once you have the amp set on a desk.
