Continuing downsizing so after much internal debate I have decided to let go of this former TOTL beauty.
It is in superb condition other than the piping along one the pads lost a few flakes, shown in the close up, hard to notice.
The phones look gorgeous with nice depth to the superb finish on the beautiful wood. Solid bass impact and detail along with open mids and highs. The pads look and feel like new. These are efficient and do not require big power. Big presentation, loves partying yet doesn’t lose anything at lower listening levels.
Last series where Fostex made the headphones for Denon. They ooze
“PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP”
Includes leather covered presentation box, keeps them clean and safe.
