- Bought new, tested a handful of hours.
- 3.5mm and USB cables work, but Bluetooth seems to require firmware update by Sennheiser to work. I only use wired headphones, so I don't know what the deal is with the Bluetooth, but this seems to be a common issue with this model. This headphone sounds great using wired connections, at least. I can provide purchase information to the buyer, if they want it for further firmware updates/etc.
