Hi all, so for sale I have my very beloved:
Schiit Jotunheim 2 (silver) - This has an extra RCA input module...so 2 RCA inputs + XLR rear input
Schiit Modius (silver) - The pre-AKM fire Modius with AKM dac chips
Pictures have some led dimmers on the on volume knob, and power/source lights. You can easily just remove them (they're little stickers that peel off easy). There are some minor nicks/marks, but nothing crazy or that affects the units whatsoever.
I believe you'll find my selling price very generous considering used Jot 2s go for $300 alone. I'm selling BOTH the Jot 2 and Modius with balanced XLR interconnects included. I bought these for personal use (I love me some Schiit), and have been wonderful.
Selling only because I'm downsizing, and want an all in one dac/amp unit. And I'm not greedy
Note that both the Jot 2 and Modius have some superficial scratches and marks from some moves, but otherwise work perfectly.
Anyways, please don't message me to ask to sell separately. This listing is for BOTH as a combo ONLY.
Asking for $275 total, continental USA ONLY.
This is a seriously fantastic starter combo that will likely be all you will ever need (and has been all I've ever needed). When Schiit ever decides to make an all in one with multiple digital inputs, then I'll come back to Schiit.
Note: If you have hart audio cables on your headphones, note that I and others have noted that some of the 4 pin XLR plugs they use don't seem to work well with the Jot 2. It has only ever occured with their specific XLR plugs, and never had any issues with any other XLR plug from any other company. So I've used 4.4mm plug from hartaudio into an XLR adapter from Amazon, which has worked perfectly.
Sale will include:
1 x Jotunheim 2
1 x Modius
1 x set of balanced XLR interconnects
1 x USA power plug for Jotunheim 2
1 x Magnetic usb cable with micro usb plug (for the Modius)
Contents will come as protected as I can make it but I do not have the original packaging.
