Well this has been sitting around long enough, so I thought it was time to see if anybody wanted to play with analog card rolling.

This is the OG Analog card containing the Analog Devices multibit DAC that came in my Bifrost 2 purchased directly from Schiit in September 2021. I upgraded to the 2/64 card in July 2022.

Please note that this is the green PCB version with Würth Elektronik capacitors. Someone in the Bifrost 2 thread noted that there might be some slight sonic differences between the PCB versions.

Compared to the 2/64 upgrade, I think the OG card is a bit warmer, intimate, and has a slightly more magical midrange. The 2/64 is supeior for bass and treble extension and creates a wider stage.
