I did my best to picture the very minor hairline scratches on the screen, but they are hard to see. But there are some fine scratches on the screen and on the top of the unit. Comes with remote, power cable, and USB cable. Original box. Oh, I found the huge manual also so that is included but not pictured.This is a great all in one, especially if you use IEMs a lot, but it is also surprisingly powerful for most headphones. It also makes a fine pre-amp and with both XLR and RCA out, even works with a sub-woofer system, has EQ, cross feed for old recordings, and a really useful loudness function I was surprised to use a lot at low level listening. A true Swiss Army knife of an AIO.
