I used these less than 20 hours. These tubes sound great, very smooth and warm.
This is from original seller:
Two, NEW in box, RCA USN CRC-6SN7GT tubes, wartime manufacture, military issue for the US Navy (USN). Had these tubes been branded for both the Army and Navy, these would be JAN (Joint Army Navy) VT-231's. Silver printed logo bases, smoked glass, black, flat plates. Outstanding sonics. Tested on a Hickok TV-3 military tester that has been calibrated, just to make sure. Firm bases, excellent silvering. Tubes are matched for dynamic gain and structure- test at 3250-3125 and 3250-3125 where pass/fail is 1625 micromho. They have the same structure inside and out, having matching date codes of "K2E", March-April 1943. The boxes, as always, are original- these are not the reprinted/computer generated boxes that get described as reproduction boxes that you see here on ebay- whose sellers only intent is to deceive, making used tubes appear to be new.
