Questyle CMA Fifteen DAC/Headphone amp. Unit has been upgraded from new by replacing all the internal Nichicon FW (audio grade) capacitors with FG (fine gold). They're physically larger and more costly but improved every aspect of the sound. Clearly more refined and blacker with better texture, image specificity and openness. Even more positive than expected.

The large values has been appropriately bypassed at a 100-1 ratio and also improves the HP out circuit. All the gold color capacitors associated with audio. Large ones plus all the smaller ones on the left side in photo.

Selling because I'm going to get a CMA Eighteen and repeat the process to see if I can do even better. I have a friend with a stock CMA Fifteen and the improvements of this unit were readily apparent in every compare. Simply more refined, less electronic and specific in nature.

Check the pics. upgrades are circled. Unit is minty on all sides but the back. There's a scratch where the power chord plugs in. When taking it apart to do the work that back corner screw was frozen from the factory and need the head drilled to remove. Drill slipped and the scratch is simply obscured with a fine black marker. Invisible from any other side or in use. See pics. Anything else you notice will be dust etc.

Unit does not have much overall use as it is only a few month old. Original box packaging remote etc are all as new and included.
