These are Vision Ears EXT IEMs which are replacement units for a pair originally purchased from MusicTeck within the last couple of months, due to a channel imbalance. I received these replacements within the last few weeks and they work as expected.
I also have the leather case that normally comes with the Phönix, purchased directly from Vision Ears. It retails for roughly $100 or so USD after conversion and shipping.
If you would like to have that case, I will include it for an additional $75.
Note: Currently the stock 2.5mm cable is damaged and I'm getting a replacement. As soon as I have it, I will be sure to forward it to you.
