Just received a PENON SERIAL from another user, not my cup of tea.
So: condition of the IEM is nearly perfect, just missing the color mesh of the vent.
Sadly dont have the original cable (you can buy it from Penon), i will include the cable it came with. Got original box and case, only few tips.
