I purchased these new directly from Noble Audio one year ago. They are in perfect condition. Everything but the IEM is unused. The cable was never used and the 3.5 termination and Y split still have the protection on it.
This is a rare Prestige version. It is made out small pine cone in resin. In my K10 L review I go into how the Prestige shell is made. Zephyr Prestige retails for $2300. Regular shelled Zephyr retails for $1450. The Prestige shells are stunning.
Here is a link to my K10 L review that outlines the very involved process of making a Prestige shell and includes a little more information about the Zephyr in the comparisons section:

The Zephyr is for someone that wants smooth, engaging, coherent and natural sound but with enough detail to make it extremely engaging. For an IEM with an engaging DD bass it is very coherent. Excellent tuning on the the Zephyr. Fatigue never sets in with these and as I already said they are very engaging.
I am selling it because I rotate through a lot IEMs and it is time to rotate the Zephyr.
Price includes United States shipping, insurance and fees. If you live outside the United States, contact me and we will figure everything out.
I am not interested in trades and thank you for looking.
