Hello All,
I've a pretty much brand new WM1Z up for sale. It will also come with a 512GB Samsung Evo SD card which I can keep my music files on for you if you'd like (or wipe it clean before shipment) and a leather Dignis case. I also have a balanced bronze 4.4m cable from Moon Audio with Rhodium Furutech TRRS which I can ship with the player if you'd like. Will also come with Sony USB connector, brand new.
I purchased the player from eBay earlier this year and it arrived in non-functional condition though it was sold as functional. Turns out the motherboard of the player had gone bad and I sent it to Sony for full repair (cost almost $1k and I have the receipt if you'd like to see). They replaced all internals of the player with brand new parts directly from Sony so the player actually has less than 100 hours of play time on it. This comes with a full warranty and I've had no issues with any of the functionality since the repair.
Aesthetically, the player is practically flawless as it spends all of it's time wrapped in leather, no visible scratches or chips. All functionality works and it currently has the Midnight firmware installed (see this site) which was created by MrWalkman, a HeadFi member. Sounds great but I'm moving into a mono system and need to sell this to help fund the new system. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
