They have discontinued almost all of the Cavalli line. Only the Spark and Gold remain. Apparently they didn't sell as they thought they would.

I think it is more of a supply issue. I purchased a lot of great monoprice gear, and they discontinued most all of it. I think they have a lot of overhead with their audio gear. I've seen this amp priced way lower then msrp during their sales.
