These are in excellent condition apart from some light marks I can see on the outer plastic pieces of the headband (where the 'Y' is in the photos). Otherwise they're in excellent shape, even the pads. I got these in February 2023. They had some driver flex in the right ear, but they were sent in for service and both drivers were replaced. The earpads have very little use, as I usually use aftermarket ones and these were slightly too small for my ears.

I don't know if the warranty is transferrable, but I'm including the receipt in case it is.

The extra cable is a basic aftermarket one that matches the original very closely; it's just longer. Both are in like-new condition.
