For those who aren't familiar, this is the big brother of HeadAmp GS-X mk2.
It brought tears to my eyes the first time I listened to it...
The Susy Super Symmetry Dynahi designed by Kevin Gilmore state of the art headphone amplifier, this will drive absolutely anything you throw at it, (except electrostats of course)
I've been in the hobby for a decade and nothing comes close to it, extremely fast and detailed, purely transparent, no bs, absolute gain by wire experience.
My ultimate listening experience was with this amp and a pair of Abyss Diana's. Well, ultimate after the Senneheiser HE 1 I had the pleasure to audition at the San Francisco flagship store...
fully discrete, balanced outputs, fully balanced, symmetrical and error cancelling using Nelson Pass's designs.
This particular unit was DIY built by the prolific builder "shinyfalcon" who is an electrical engineer.
This is the epitome of headphone amplifiers.
I've owned it for about 3 years and how I have to move overseas where it would require me to redesign a whole new power unit due to the voltage difference.
this weighs 37lbs ! I will probably have to ship it in 2 different boxes, I'll include the shipping in the sale price.
I would much prefer a local transaction (Bay Area, California) but I'm open to shipping it to the CONT USA
thanks for reading
