JM Audio Editions XTC 2.5 in African Mahogany

For sale are my JM Audio Editions XTC 2.5 closed back headphones. These are a limited run in African Mahogany (number 5 of 10).

These have also been upgraded with the 7NOCC copper internal wiring, and come with the upgraded Copperhead 4.4mm cable.

Also included is 5 sets of pads to customise the sound (advise watching the JM YouTube video on this as they are a bit fiddly). Pads are: Angled leather. Angled leather with mesh. Angled leather perforated. Angled fluffy and suede style.

You'll also get the standard 4.4mm cable and the high quality fibreglass flight case.

The headphones are in immaculate condition. I have put probably less than 30 hours of listening on them in total, along with maybe 20 hours of burn in on a headphone stand (stand not included in sale).

These were hand made and shipped to me in November 2024, I've hardly used them in this time sadly, hence the sale.

For those that know JM Audio, they custom tune the headphones, and offer a free retune service if the sound is not quite to your liking. You just have to cover shipping to and from the States to have this done.

The tuning on these as seen on the production card is 'Defined Detail With Accurate Bass+'. I would describe this tuning as very fun and energetic, with impactful bass and high energy top end that brings out lots of detail.

There are 2 minor imperfections on the cups that I've tried to capture in the photos. They came to me like this and are (I assume) a result of the hole drilling for the bass ports. In no way does this affect performance, and is covered by the headband.
