I am the original owner, bought from Kitsune Hifi (AKA Holo Audio USA) on September 10, 2021. Selling because I've consolidated down to one device and don't have as much time to listen to music in intense grad school program. Works great, incredible DAC, true Hi-Fi, nothing more needs to be said. Ships with all original accessories, manual, box, etc.
It has a 3 year warranty (ctrl+F warranty, https://www.kitsunehifi.com/product/spring-3-dac/). This is transferable to the second owner after the original and second owner contact Kitsune with proper information (see screenshot of my communication with Tim at Kitsune). So in the unlikely event something goes wrong with the unit, it will be covered under warranty for you until September 10, 2024.
