I have heard the EVOs. I actually had both side by side and kept the EXT.

The bass on the EVO is richer but the EXT is no slouch. Highs are crisper on the EXT. Mids, no contest EXT by several miles. The mids on the EVO for some tracks were rather “tinny” for me.

The EVO mids on some tracks really killed that IEM for me.

Technicalities (imaging, sound stage, resolution) I don’t have a clear enough recollection on the EVO to comment here.
