Selling a Hifiman Jade II amplifier for electrostatic headphones with Pro bias connectors in perfect functional and cosmetic condition. I'm the first owner and I've used it for a one day trial to demo the Audeze Crbn but I won't require it long term since I moved to a Carbon amp. I found the Jade II amp to sound fantastic in my short experience with it and it brings a great value quality ratio.
It comes with power cord, original packaging and invoice.

Good afternoon, I was lucky to have both running side by side for a while but it was some time back so take my feedback with a grain of salt. Overall I had found the Carbon to have a greater clarity, cohesion and musicality than the Jade which is not a surprise. The bass felt less strong or boomy on the Carbon, but I attributed that to a better integration of the lows (that is what I had told myself to better justify indulging). Although it may sound like the Carbon is in a different league, I did not get the feeling that I was missing much with the Jade before trying the Carbon. I still feel that the Jade offers better quality price ratio. You do gain refinment with the Carbon but at 5 times the cost it is hard to judge if it is worth it.

I'm technically interested, I'm just not sure if I want to wait.
I saw one of these sell for about half of asking not long ago and there are a few listed in different markets for $400-500 right now.

Maybe we can work something out? Hard to say.

After shipping and taxes, what's left is about half what I had paid for it new and it has about 10 hours of runtime. If I had been a second owner, then I would have had more headroom.

I've seen three of these sell for $300 in the last couple of months.
My offer still stands if you ever decide that you're sick of holding on to it...
