These are one of the best cans I have heard for any price range. I sold my Atticus (tad bit slow) & HEK V2(too diffuse) & kept these because of the musicality.
Couple of things:
The previous owner replaced the original headband with the one from HE 560 which was super comfortable while it lasted. It broke on me, so I have taped it up & it works for me.
But, the new owner will have to get a new headband(40 bucks in adorama) or even better get the new Audeze headband. I have heard they are very comfortable as well.
I have heard it with bunch of pads & came to conclusion that these sound best with ZMF ori pads which it currently has. The pads preserve the sublime midrange & allows the planar bass to kick in.
Comes with the cable, I received from previous owner.
