Sound signature is about the same if we forget this is an open back and the Meze a close back.
In my personal choice I’ll buy the HD58x if isolation is not need it.
They are both easy to drive. Meze is more eye catching if you are into that.
I will strongly suggest to read about them in the forums before doing a blind purchase.
