Selling my blast from the past, excellent condition, limited edition Grado HF-2 (#451). These were a special, limited run headphone Grado produced as a treat for head-fi members way back in 2009 and sold through Todd The Vinyl Junkie (TTVJ). They were billed as a mini PS-1000 and like those headphones feature a wooden cups skinned in an aluminum. As with nearly all of the HF-2s, these say “Head-F1” on them, reflecting a misprint on the engraving of the cups made by Grado’s supplier that Grado elected to push out to buyers because it was cost prohibitive for them to order new cups. Call it another instance of the Grados’ idgaf charm!

I have used these very gingerly over the last 13 years—they are a great sounding pair of Grados.
They have little to no wear on them—like many Grados of the era, the size adjusters for the headband are on the loose side, but they work perfectly fine.

These have nearly new bowl pads on them and I am also including a new pair of gs-1000 pads as well as the padded carrying case pictured.
