Grado G cushion - genuine Grado product purchased from a hifi retailer, not a generic copy - I tried a cheap version before buying these and there is a big difference in interior cone height and foam quality.
About a year old, used on my GW100 (also for sale) but can't have seen more than 20 hours use at most.
