Grace Design M902 is a legacy product, but this unit is still in good condition. It comes with box, manual, USB A-mini B cable and power cable.

I tested it out as DAC/AMP using SPDIF/USB, and I mainly only used the headphone amp with XLR input (also tried RCAs). They all sound great (I tried it with Grado and Aeon Noire). In my opinion, this amp fits easier to drive headphones the best and there is no floor noise for sensitive cans such as Grado.

The rings outside of the headphone jacks on the front plate were a little loose, I made it tight using a pin. They may get loose in the future, but you can just screw them tighter with fingers or a pin.

It was retailed at $1695 and recommended in Stereophile.
