Sold. The Stellia does everything better as it should being 2.5 times the price of the Radiance. However the Radiance is very good and a better value. Have not heard the Celestee but the Radiance is a little warmer with better bass from what I understand. If I had not run across the deal on the lightly used Stellia I bought I would still have the Radiance and been happy. I would have never bought the Stellia new but it is the best closed back I've ever heard.
