Selling because I changed my setup and use the Utopia + ZMF Auteur more now with my current amplifier. First owner, purchased new in 2018, in person, from an authorized dealer.

NOTE / DISCLAIMER: The first buyer messaged me saying they had the "Focal driver exertion issue" with it. However, cannot reproduce the issue and I have not had this issue a single time since 2018 with normal use. After it was returned, I tried to and could not reproduce the issue per the buyer with a ~40Hz test tone playing at about 90dB. I could not reproduce the issue with with 30 minutes of loud music over a wide variety of genres either. I can send a video of the headphone playing loud music without driver exertion as well, just pick a song or two when you PM me for purchase. REGARDLESS, for anyone very worried about the issue, just because I cannot reproduce it does not mean it can't happen to you. Feel free to ask any questions you want about this if you PM me.
EDIT 2/5/22: Tried one last time to reproduce the issue and I got it to happen in only the right channel with the volume knob of a Vali2+ on high gain set to 2:30' with the bass drop in Daft Punk's Doin it Right at 2:46 which is probably somewhere between 34 and 38Hz. It did not happen with the two bass drops at 2:42 and 2:44 which I would guess are around 42 or 44 Hz. It did not happen with the volume knob set to 1:30' on any of the 3 drops mentioned above. I also ran a lot of other bass heavy music through the headphones with the volume knob around 2' and could not get the issue to happen. So yes, you can induce the issue if you set up a corner case at high volume, but IMO this is unrealistically loud for all but 1 person I've met to listen to headphones at (although I can't comment or guess on how much sub 40Hz bass is in your music) - it was starting to hurt my ears to just have the headphone draped around my neck at this point.
FWIW, most Focals that have a more chronic case of the exertion issue seem to exhibit it at much lower volumes and at higher frequencies around 50Hz.

Lastly, pads show a little wear towards the bottom, possibly from rubbing against the insides of the case??? However, they aren't heavily stained, oily, smelly, etc - were typically used at night after I shower. Non pet home and non smoking / no one smokes inside, etc.
