I'm selling my Focal Bathys headphones, which I bought from a German dealer in January 2023, as a return item, returned within 14 days of purchase, which is the return policy most EU dealers are required to offer by law. The headphones have only been used a few times during this period (January - March) when I was away from my desktop rig and unable to listen to my other (non wireless) headphones. They are in mint condition, charged maybe 3 times in total, all accessories, original box and shipping carton. Original invoice will not be sent to buyer. I'm selling them because I have no use for them anymore as I have a new desktop rig and I'm listening to my high-end planars again now.

I will not accept PayPal payment, only in case of sending money to a friend or family member, if this option is still available for you in your country. At this point, PayPal offers so little for their high fees and I'm not willing to wait for my money and then pay additional fees to transfer it to my debit card, as I have not been able to add a bank account to my PayPal account for years. I've been a member of Head-Fi for 8 years now and I have a lot of positive feedback from my past sales. To date I have sold Head-Fi equipment worth several tens of thousands...
