I bought these used and enjoyed them for a couple of flights, then sold them to another member. Somehow in shipping they were damaged internally, as there is a loud noise from the drivers (almost like microphone feedback) as soon as you turn them on. Through some online research I found that some other people have experienced this in the past (at product launch) and apparently the root cause is internal damage/misalignment of the drivers if they're dropped while in the orignal packaging. From what I could tell people were able to get their units replaced under warranty and maybe Focal improved the packaging after that. I haven't tried to contact Focal for repair as I just don't feel like dealing with it. So selling them as-is for parts. They do power up and are physically in excellent shape. The pads and headband are excellent with no visible signs of wear. The cables and carrying case are mint. If you're handy (or curious) and want to try to fix, here's your shot. Or maybe you have an in with a Focal repair shop. Either way this deal is for you. Shipping is included CONUS.
