It is in great condition, of course fully functional and comes with all accessories and original packaging (for the device, I can not find the box for the fan). It also includes the stickers which FiiO released to address the gap in space between device and cover. Both sides are protected with screen protectors.

In desktop mode, the M17 easily beats many pricey desktop amps.
