Almost new, about 6 months old. they are in mint condition and lightly used. Used this pair with a PlusSound Bluetooth cable with great results. These have a great Etymotic forward sound but with substantial bass. When first trying them, they were comfortable in my ears but the deeper insertion started to bother me as time went on. These will include what is in the pictures and a pair of Comply foam tips made for the EVO, original box was beat up so it was discarded. The glue on the foam insert in the shell case lost adhesion so I discarded that too. Shell works great with the IEM's cushioned in the included Etymotic bag though.
