I want to sell my ES-1A electrostatic headphones. They are designed by the only guy in the world who can repair Stax Omega's in Hong Kong and they have fantastic build quality. These headphones have the best sub bass I've heard on electrostatic headphones and they can deliver that sub bass with or without seal and this is a very rare thing among electrostatic headphones. Drivers are so open that they almost resist no incoming or outgoing sound waves, that is the explanation of how transparent they sound I think. The most notable thing about ES-1A is probably how open they sound and how big soundstage they have. Despite having very air sound in top end, they sound a bit dark in treble. To my ears, they sound a bit better with 007 pads(tames the 1k peak of these headphones). I am located in Denmark, I can ship anywhere in EU. I really liked how they sounded however I think I like the presentation of speakers more, I am not using them much anymore. I didn't use them much, they are like new.
