I use my IEMs exclusively with wireless adapters so I haven't used these cables.
The DUW03 is a premium 8-Core Silver plated Copper Litz cable with Dunu's magical Quick-Switch modular plug system.
Includes 2.5mm 3.5mm and 4.4mm terminations (lightning and USBC are both available on Dunu's website if you want).
The cable itself with just one termination sells for $200. Each termination costs $20 so it would cost $240 to buy the same through Dunu.
