I bought these open box and they are in great shape. They were a 220V version and I picked up a universal power adapter than is rated a little better than the stock power supply. I cannot say that it makes a difference over stock because I have never heard the stock power supply. The original warranty card is blank in the box and these have a lifetime warranty from Koss. I really wanted to hear electrostatic headphones. They are awesome, but still do not still time from my regular favorite (KiSS HD650). Includes both 110 and 220 power supply
