I'd rate the condition as 8 or 9/10. The only real ding is some discoloration on the top of the earpads. It's where the earpads contact my head the hardest. Non-smoking household. Box and original cable included.
I've been enjoying these at work quite a bit...they pair nicely with my Liquid Platinum and have suited me well. Upgraded to the Edition XS, so these are now going unused.
