Hello there! Up for your consideration is a Denafrips ARES II DAC in excellent condition. Essentially LIKE NEW, it come with the original packaging including box and power cable.
It is a true 24-bit R2R DAC that I would describe as extremely "musical." This versatile DAC can be used in either over sampling [OS] or non-over sampling [NOS] modes and also decodes up to 24-bit/1536kHz PCM and native DSD1024 through USB!
I think it is an amazing value and a true stand-out at the nexus point of price to performance [AKA the "sweet spot"].
$750 including shipping and PayPal fees are on me. I will consider discounts depending on payment options. As far as trades, I am limited on what I am seeking atm [Soekris, Chord or Holo DACs and/or ZMF, HEDDphone, Audeze (LCD-X and up), Klipsch HP-1, maybe Senn HD800 headphones or a Singxer SA-1, Violectric or SPL amp].
These DACs are made in China and have to be ordered directly from the distributor in Singapore. That process can take several weeks including 7 to 10 days lead time and overseas shipping.
I am US-based and thus provide a much quicker path to obtaining this gem.
