DCS P8i version 1.10. I purchased this used when I decided to get back into audio. It is simply an amazing sounding player/DAC, and I find it far superior (even though it was lower sampling rates) to the DAC in my Simaudio 430 HAD. CS/SACD playback is very musical. I ran my Mac to a Schiit Eitr (I will include this at no charge if you want it) to convert from USB to SPDIF and found it much better than USB into the Simaudio, even though the SPDIF inout was limited to 48KHz. I do not have the original box, but the box I have has molded foam inserts (expand foam in plastic--it is what it ship to me with). Includes remote, manual, power cord, and the Schiit Eitr if you need it. Payment by PayPal (no extra fees) and includes shipping (FedEx Ground).
No physical defects I can find, and no operational issues.
