Selling my Chord Mojo 2 as I'm looking to upgrade to the Hugo 2.

This has been an outstanding DAC/Amp with incredible versatility and way more driving power than it would appear on paper!

I originally bought this as a stand alone DAC to run along side the Schiit Bifrost 2 into the Feliks Euforia Anniversary Edition OTL tube amp but I quickly realised just how good it was as a stand alone unit and actually sold the Bifrost and Euforia to use the Mojo 2 in their place and have the luxury of not being tethered to the desk!

I've had this drive the Hifiman HE1000 Stealth, Meze Elite, Sennheiser HD800S, and the Dan Clark Aeon 2 Noire all with plenty of headroom!! Stand out pairings would be the HD800S and Noire which have two very different power requirements with one being high impedance and the other low impedance and low sensitivity so the Mojo 2 really can handle the majority of headphones.

The built-in EQ and Crossfeed is really handy and helps dial in your preferences with ease. For example I found with the HD800S that adding a tiny bit of Crossfeed helps focus the centre image and the EQ helped bring the sub bass more into line and helped reign in the top end a little. They still sounded amazing left alone on this pairing but with a tiny bit of tweaking you can have them exactly how you want!

The unit is in excellent fully working order and the battery holds it's charge as new. It was bought in August 2023 and the original purchase receipt will be included with the sale.
