This is a relisting. I thought I might be in the clear, but I could really use the money.
Less than 7 months old and in excellent cosmetic shape apart from a pattern on the little black plastic window. Unfortunately it's the model intended for China, so no warranty applies. Apart from saying "China" in the region on the side of the box, and part of the label being in Chinese on the bottom (see picture), there doesn't appear to be any differences from the U.S. model.
Note: I had problems with it keeping the battery charged while in "intelligent desktop mode", so I contacted support, who thought it was bad batteries. I replaced them with new ones, but in the end it was the charger, so I put the original batteries back in. I'll include the replacements with the sale unless told otherwise. The replacements give almost exactly 6 hours of playback time, while the originals gave 7 hours and 47 minutes the last I timed it. I haven't taken it anywhere; it just sat under my TV. The stock charger will actually charge the batteries just fine if the unit is off or if it hasn't yet entered desktop mode. The problem is when desktop mode is activated and the Hugo is left on 24/7 it doesn't always keep the batteries charged. Switching to a different charger fixed that problem. It seems that usb chargers with "PD", or power delivery, don't work though. I had to use chargers that only had "QC" functionality. Do not use usb-c to usb-a adapters.
