Selling my CFA3 fully maxed headphone amplifier. This one has speaker taps and a motorized pot with remote control.

Rated by some as the best solid state headphone amplifier.

Only 10 hours on the amp and built by Miroslav (handle on here: Dukei). He is the most respected builder for this amp on Head-fi and this is one of his last builds. He may not make any more. So these are going to be harder to find and be very sought after.

It's an exceptional amp and technically a lot better than the one I am using (Enleum 23r) - Much larger soundstage and better separation. I am just used to the sound of the 23r and prefer to stick with it.

This is the spec sheet. Miroslav said it's maxed out:

- 2 chassis solution. 10mm thick front panels. Black color with black knob
- RK27 motorized attenuator
- Matched octet of low noise BJT transistors for input.
- Matched small-signal transistors throughout the build
- Golden Reference +/-30V power supply and Nichicon muse capacitors, throughout the build.
- 2m long umbilical cord
- Low noise transformer, Shielded 150VA. Shielded. 115V AC
- Headphone Protector/Delay board
- Double shielded OFC wire (for signal)
- 5W non-inductive output resistors
- XLR input, RCA input
- 4-pin XLR output jack
- Low gain/high gain switch
- Speaker terminals/w switch
- Amber/Orange power button/power LED on amp

I am looking for CAD $4,000 net to me i.e. shipping and PayPal fees are extra. I am taking quite a hit on this already so the price is firm.

There are 2 separate boxes. With the weight and cost of insurance through Fedex, shipping will be expensive.
