Hello All!

I am letting go my beloved pair of OG Andromeda. These have been gently used by me over the years and always kept in the Campfire case when not in use.

What can I say about these that hasn't already been said... well, they are one of the best iems that I have heard over the years in terms of separation. I was really worried about dynamics with BA's in this iem, as I have found over the years that BA's have a really specific weirdness to the sound. Well, the Andromedas don't suffer from this at all. Male and Female vocals sound great here... and I would also add that the bass that these can produce is also spectacular. No wonder why so many people have gushed over these throughout the years.

Regarding tips... I have always used the JVC Spiral Dots on any iem... especially these. The large bore diameter allowed for more of the sound to enter, and the bass was exceptional. I don't mess around with foam tips... they have always caused my ears to hurt after about 10 minutes.

I have listed these as 'good' condition because of their age, but there really isn't a lot to say in terms of their condition. I cannot see any massive issues with the finish. Again, because I have always babied them. They look good to me!

Now, you will need a super clean source to power these, as anything less will give you hissing. I was using them with the Qudelix 5k and it worked perfectly. Just know that these will need a very clean source if you don't want to have that annoying hiss throughout your music playback.
