The unit is 100% functional and has been upgraded to the most recent software and firmare.
The amp in good shape overall, but to its age, there will be minor scratches here and there. The previous owner tried to touch marked the top plate but seemed unsuccessful. The top plate is replacable and can be purchased on Benchmark website, but IMO it's not very necessary if you stack the unit with a DAC3 or put it on a shelf/rack. I priced it fairly below the market price.
I also have a DAC3 HGC on hold, but I can let it go as well if you need a Benchmark Stack. My asking price includes PayPal fee and shipping cost.
