Okay Its time for the Blackwood Auteurs to find a new home. Used them a lot and have loved them. But I do much prefer my Leopardwood VC's. They are used and well broken in and do have a bit of wear and tear. They have been borrowed a few times. And the finish a bit worn in a few spots under a good even light you will see that. But they are still in at least good shape.

The drivers were replaced about 3 years ago when I found a slight high frequency resonance. I did do a damping mods and things around the drivers on the baffle. Which I liked but I have pulled that all off and they are back to completely normal and cleaned up again. The baffles lightened up a bit when I cleaned them, but they look fine. I put new magnesium fittings on them. The rods are somewhat newer Verite version and do have a bit of wear and tear from adjustments of people who have used them. But they are still good. You can easily replace the rods if you want.

They will come with Hybrid and Lambskin Leather Auteur Pads. I like both for somewhat different reasons. I will include the wood box and the ZMF OFC cable that came with my Verite Closed. Don't use it with my VC's. The Wywires Platinum is my preference on the VC. Put new mesh filters over the drivers. So for all these reasons I am marking them at a very reasonable $850.00 to include shipping for North America. Plus I need to get a few more items for my system that are a higher priority than keeping these.

I am the original owner and still have the wood owners card. I may be willing to negotiate depending on demand.
