I am the first owner, and I enjoyed it very much when I had the DAVE and M-Scaler.
BNC and optical cables are included. Note that both transmitter and receiver units need power supplies (not included).
I was using Poweradd banks, but there are other options (e.g. LPS).
My price includes PP fees and shipping to Europe.
