This is the second NightOwl I have owned. I recently purchased it from the classifieds here because I wanted to test it with my (much better) current system. I still prefer the NightHawk, so I'll be passing these along.

I'm keeping the microsuede pads (not pictured) for myself, though. hehe. (If you want a pair of those, they're available for sale online. Otherwise, enjoy the lower price.)

Comes with all the other accessories (aside from the cardboard cover that goes around the case), including the protein leather pads on the headphones.
