Overall excellent condition, pads are mint. Upgraded carbon fiber headband, I adjusted the leather strap for clearance. Includes an extra set of lightly used leather pads with new adhesive rings attached. Second owner, originally purchased from the Amazon Audeze store mid-Dec, 2022. Less than a year old, I put less than 5 hours on these in the last 6 months.
