Closed: Audeze LCD-I3 & IMR Acoustics Halcyon

For sale are 2 earphones from my collection.

First up are the Audeze LCD-I3 planar earphones. These are an excellent sounding earphone that sound more like a full size set of headphones, in part due to their larger body and larger planar driver. Very detailed sound. These come with Audeze's Cipher cable, this connects to IOS devices and uses an inbuilt DAC in the cable with a preset EQ from Audeze. On IOS you can download an app to change these settings. On Android the Cipher works by using an adaptor (Anker one that I bought will be included), this allows for the Cipher to use it's original EQ.

There is also a standard 3.5mm cable and a Bluetooth neckband type cable which is capable of using the APtx HD codec.

These are in excellent condition and come fully boxed with various tips and hooks for fitting.

Looking for £525 (Inc PP and Delivery), these retail for between £800-900




Next up is the IMR Acoustics Halcyon earphone.

These are an interesting earphone with a quad driver hybrid set up, these are the details taken from IMR's page -

• Quad hybrid driver configuration consisting of bespoke Aten driver featuring uprated Neodymium motors with a composite diaphragm + high resolution Piezo ceramic driver + dual electrostatic driver with internal transformer

They come with interchangeable filters that alter the sound, these are a natural bassy headphone that can be tamed with the filters or made even bassier with filter combinations, they also have a very full full and detailed sound. These compete with earphones well above their price range.

Again these come boxed in excellent condition with both a 3.5mm cable and 2.5mm balanced cable.

These were limited to 100 units and retailed for £600 when bought new. I'm seeking £350 (Inc PP and Delivery)
