I just got the ATH-R70x from Proaudiostar.com for $240 + tax, free shipping via FedEx. It was billed as "used" but was, as promised, in "excellent condition." Probably it was someone's returned pair, open-box, but it's just like new. 30-day return policy, and they answered an email within an hour.

Looks like I didn't get the last one!

Very light and comfortable and sounds good, too--big wide soundstage, very transparent feeling, can go deep in the bass without clobbering everything else.
